Terms & Conditions

इन Terms का उद्देश्य site access और informational content के उपयोग की शर्तें स्पष्ट करना है। Site medical service, pharmacy, clinic या diagnostic service के रूप में प्रस्तुत नहीं की जाती।

1. Acceptance

Site का उपयोग करने पर आप इन Terms और relevant policies को पढ़ने की जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार करते हैं।

2. Informational scope

Content general education के लिए है। व्यक्तिगत diagnosis, prescription, emergency assessment या guaranteed outcome प्रदान नहीं किया जाता।

3. Permitted use

आप content को personal informational use के लिए पढ़ सकते हैं। Automated scraping, security interference, false submissions, impersonation और unlawful use prohibited हैं।

4. Medical decisions

किसी persistent, severe या concerning symptom के लिए qualified healthcare professional से evaluation लेना उपयुक्त है। Emergency symptoms में स्थानीय emergency services का उपयोग करें।

5. Affiliate model

Site का declared business model affiliate है। वर्तमान build में कोई active affiliate destination नहीं है। Future compensated relationships को स्पष्ट disclosure के बिना प्रस्तुत नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।

6. Intellectual property

Site का original text, layout और branding applicable intellectual-property rules के अधीन हो सकते हैं। Third-party images अपने अलग licences के अनुसार उपयोग किए जाते हैं और IMAGE-CREDITS.txt में attribution दिया गया है।

7. Availability

Continuous uptime guaranteed नहीं है। Features, articles और structure बदल सकते हैं।

8. Liability limitations

जहाँ कानून अनुमति देता है, general informational use से उत्पन्न indirect loss के लिए site कोई unlimited guarantee नहीं देती। Mandatory consumer rights को इन Terms द्वारा हटाया नहीं जाता।

9. Governing context

Site India-focused है; consumer-protection और data-protection obligations जहाँ लागू हों वहाँ respected होने चाहिए। Specific court, company registration या contractual jurisdiction invent नहीं की गई है।
